Become part of Fairmas as a Business Software Consultant / Customer Support (all genders) and support our international clients in getting the most out of our hotel software for financial planning and reporting.

Your background

  • Profile: Education or experience in hospitality, controlling, or customer support;
  • Extras: Financial knowledge (e.g. accounting or revenue management) is a PLUS
  • Tech affinity: Interest in software and digital tools
  • MS Office: Very good skills, especially in Excel
  • Languages: Very good German and/or English skills 
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical thinking and quick comprehension
  • Work style: Structured, independent, and customer-oriented approach
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with international clients and teams

How you make an impact

  • Customer support: Provide support via email, phone, and online sessions (1st & 2nd level)
  • Training: Conduct product trainings and software demos
  • Rollouts: Support and coordinate software rollouts for international hotel clients
  • Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between customers, product management & development 
  • Testing: Test our software and document test results and bugs
