Your background

  • Experience: Background in an administrative role or in project management.
  • Hospitality Knowledge: Ideally experience in finance, controlling, or IT within the hospitality industry.
  • Software Skills: Very good knowledge of software applications and Excel.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers.
  • English: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Work Style: Customer-oriented, independent, and responsible way of working.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills when working with different departments and international clients.

How you make an impact

  • Customer Support: Support existing & new clients during installation, setup, and implementation of our software
  • Coordination: Communicate, align, and coordinate projects with clients, colleagues, and partner companies
  • Presentations: Plan and conduct product presentations, software demos, and training sessions
  • Rollouts: Coordinate, execute, and actively support software rollouts
  • Training Development: Design, manage, and implement digital learning and training content
  • Configuration: Configure, implement, and test Fairmas software applications
  • Documentation: Create project and product documentation and handle administrative tasks.
  • Standards: Define, communicate, monitor, and document product usage standards
