We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Software Testing team. In this role, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by executing tests, identifying issues, and supporting the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

This position is ideal for students in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or related fields who want to gain practical experience in software quality assurance within a collaborative and agile environment.

Your background

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities combined with a structured, detail-oriented approach to software testing.
• Technical Curiosity: Passion for IT topics, emerging technologies, programming, and the application of AI in testing.
• Programming Experience: Hands-on experience with Python (e.g. Pytest) and C# (e.g. Selenium) for working with complex code structures.
• AI in Testing: Familiarity with AI concepts and their use in software testing, such as test automation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Teamwork & Reliability: Reliable team player who enjoys collaboration and maintains active communication.
• Languages & Tools: Proficient in MS Office with strong English skills (minimum B2) and good German skills (minimum B1).
Availability: Currently enrolled as a student based in Berlin, available up to 20 hours per week with flexibility around university schedules.

  • Test Design & Execution: Design and execute test scenarios to support quality assurance and final acceptance.
  • Test Coordination: Coordinate, prepare, implement, and perform manual and automated tests.
  • AI-Driven Automation: Leverage AI-powered tools and frameworks to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and test coverage analysis.
  • Machine Learning Application: Apply machine-learning techniques to identify patterns in test results and optimize testing strategies.
  • AI Integration: Collaborate on integrating AI-based solutions for intelligent test case generation and prioritization.
  • Test Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test outcomes and communicate actionable insights to relevant specialist departments.
  • Process Automation: Support test process automation and document workflows across platforms, including AI-driven solutions.
  • Test Maintenance: Maintain and update test cases and track defects through to resolution
