Become part of Fairmas as a Junior Business Development Manager - Middle East  (all genders) and take ownership of new client acquisition across the region. You’ll build strong relationships with international hotel partners and support them in unlocking the full potential of our financial planning and reporting software.

Your background

  • Profile:  Sales or business development, ideally within hospitality, 
  • Bonus: Financial knowledge (accounting or revenue management) is a Plus
  • Mindset: Strong hunter mentality with a focus on new business acquisition
  • Mobility: High affinity for travel and willingness to travel across the Middle East region
  • Market focus: Good understanding of the Arabic market and business culture
  • Tech: Affinity for SaaS and digital tools
  • Skills: Analytical thinking and confident use of Excel
  • Languages: Fluent English and Arabic, other language is a strong advantage
  • Style: Proactive, structured, and results-driven
  • Communication: Persuasive communicator with international clients and stakeholders

How you make an impact

  • Lead generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Middle East region
  • Sales process: Lead product demos and presentations, turning prospects into clients
  • Closing: Drive negotiations and successfully close new business deals
  • Onboarding: Oversee client onboarding and coordinate smooth software rollouts
  • Account growth: Build strong client relationships to identify upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Collaboration: Act as the link between clients and internal teams (product, development, marketing)
